NDIS access fails at first financial hurdle for families with disability
A mother says without a local charity’s funding she would not have been able to afford to have her son assessed for the NDIS. An advocacy group says cost is a major barrier. The National Disability Insurance Agency says it is continually looking at how to simplify the application process.
