Support Coordination helps NDIS participants to understand and make the optimum use of their supports to pursue their goals more readily.
This design expands NDIS participants’ capacities to maintain professional and personal contacts and connects them with community and mainstream services for an increased independence and greater community engagement. Our diligent support coordinators will work together with you to make informed decisions about planning and coordinating your supports. We provide the following services:
