Amos Care Support Services

Amoscare plays an essential role in supporting First Nations NDIS participants with disabilities as they transition out of the correctional system and reintegrate into the community. This process involves coordinated efforts by Amoscare alongside Justice Liaison Officers and Corrections Victoria. Amoscare supports disabled clients of Rumbalara, Cummeragunga and Yorta Yorta nation exiting the Corrections system.

Amoscare supports individuals across the pre-release, transition, and post-release phases through planning, coordination and court appearances.
